I have been a Whatcom county resident and property owner for 12 years.  I have 18 years experience in business management with 9 years managing Real Estate based Companies. 

In 1996 I took over as Sales Manager for a National home builder, putting together new construction land/home packages in Washington State.  During these years I received many sales & customer service awards, which included repeatedly being ranked #1 in sold homes in WA for this builder.   

In 2004 I accepted the position of Sales Director for a Real Estate Investment Firm located in Bellingham, WA.  Here, I had full Sales & Marketing responsibilities for the re-sale of residential & multi-family properties, over-saw Property Management, and aided in property acquisition. My team consistently held the highest closed sales transaction rate in the company’s 26 year history.  It was during my years here, that I developed a good working relationship with investors from Outstanding Properties through a number of joint real estate transactions.  I joined the Outstanding Realty team in July of 2007.
